The Influence Edge™: Getting Work Done Without Authority teaches 11 effective influence behaviors that help participants improve their communication and collaboration with colleagues, team members, or customers. Participants learn an effective planning process, practice influence behaviors and strategies, and leave the workshop with an Action Plan to address a situation they currently face. Regardless of positional power within the organization, the ability to influence without authority is critical in getting the support, resources, and results needed to be successful and achieve organizational goals.

Critical Leadership Conversations
Designed for managers, supervisors, and team leads who have completed The Influence Edge™, the Critical Leadership Conversation modules provide participants with steps and tools for integrating specific influence behaviors into three powerful performance and development conversations. During each 60-90 minute facilitated webinar, participants will learn how to apply key influence skills and prepare for focused, outcome-oriented conversations that engage and coach their key talent: building trust, relationship, and connection. Feedback surveys are available for identifying strengths and areas needing improvement. Opportunities for post-webinar individual or group coaching sessions are available to debrief actual experiences and conversations.
