Judy Lash, President and CEO, works with Fortune 1000 companies representing a broad range of industries including technology, finance, insurance, health care, pharma, telecommunications, automotive, and aerospace. For more than 20 years, she has provided solutions that help companies develop strong leaders and maximize their talent assets.

Judy’s focus on “making a difference” reinforces her dedication to exceptional customer service. She works directly with customers to provide targeted solutions that achieve successful results. Judy is also the co-developer of The Influence Edge: Getting Work Done without Authority™ and The Negotiation Focus™: Mastering the Skills of Negotiation.

Director of Delivery Services

Janis Keeley, Director of Delivery Services, recruits, selects, and prepares Lash Associates facilitators to provide superior facilitative and consulting services to meet current and future needs of our clients. As our primary Master Trainer, she is responsible for the certification of Lash Associates’ facilitators as well as certifying and preparing our clients’ internal professionals to successfully deliver and implement our solutions.

Janis’ career spans 25 years of corporate experience as well as consulting and collaborating with other cutting edge companies. She has consulted, designed, and facilitated programs for global employees, managers, and senior leaders with Fortune 500 companies in the United States as well as China, Japan, Europe, Africa, South America, India, and Australia.
