Judy Lash, President and CEO, works with Fortune 1000 companies representing a broad range of industries including technology, finance, insurance, health care, pharma, telecommunications, automotive, and aerospace. For more than 20 years, she has provided solutions that help companies develop strong leaders and maximize their talent assets.

Judy’s focus on “making a difference” reinforces her dedication to exceptional customer service. She works directly with customers to provide targeted solutions that achieve successful results. Pleasant Hill, CA-March 3, 2009 – The National Association of Professional and Executive Women names Judith A. Lash, CEO & President of Lash Associates, Inc. “Woman of the Year” in Consulting. Only one woman from each industry is named “Woman of the Year” and each honoree is selected from thousands of women in their field. They are chosen based on outstanding accomplishments, leadership and service and will nationally represent their industry in the “Women of Excellence” Registry.

Judith has 30 years of experience in the area of Consulting. As CEO & President of Lash Associates, Inc. Judith handles consulting and providing recommendations in communications and leadership development. Lash Associates, Inc. is an international consulting firm providing training modules to Fortune 1000’s in areas of Influence, Negotiation, Leadership and Generational issues.

Judith’s academic accomplishments include a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University. She attributes her success to her belief in solutions and relationship building. Judith is affiliated with the American Society of Training and Development and the Society of Human Resource Professionals.

In her spare time, Judith enjoys reading and travel. She performs charity work through the Animal Rescue Foundation and Contra Costa Humane Society.

Vice President of Operations

Shawn Harper, Vice President of Operations, works with our production, shipping, and accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and invoicing, as well as interfacing with all clients to ensure the smooth implementation of Lash Associates’ web-based solutions. Because of his strong client relationships, he is also involved in strategic initiatives designed to meet the current and emerging needs of our clients.

For more than 15 years, Shawn has provided superior customer service to Fortune 1000 organizations across all industries. His focus has been in the areas of communications, negotiations, and leadership development.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jill Hogan, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, consults primarily with companies headquartered in the Midwest, to build leaders and organizational talent who contribute to organizational success. She is extensively involved in all of her clients’ initiatives with a focus on the comprehensive strategy as well as the detailed execution.

Jill is responsible for marketing strategies and activities for Lash Associates. She is focused on providing learning and development solutions that meet the changing needs of our client organizations - continually expanding the Lash Associates suite of solutions to meet growing demand for creative delivery options, post-learning resources that support skill-development and behavior change, and drive business results for our clients.

Director of Delivery Services

Janis Keeley, Director of Delivery Services, recruits, selects, and prepares Lash Associates facilitators to provide superior facilitative and consulting services to meet current and future needs of our clients. As our primary Master Trainer, she is responsible for the certification of Lash Associates’ facilitators as well as certifying and preparing our clients’ internal professionals to successfully deliver and implement our solutions.

Janis’ career spans 25 years of corporate experience as well as consulting and collaborating with other cutting edge companies. She has consulted, designed, and facilitated programs for global employees, managers, and senior leaders with Fortune 500 companies in the United States as well as China, Japan, Europe, Africa, South America, India, and Australia.

Director of Solutions & Facilitator Deployment

Paige Williams, Director of Solutions & Facilitator Deployment, is a member of the Lash Associates pool of certified facilitators/consultants specializing in communication, employee development, and customer service. Her career spans over ten years of corporate experience as well as five years with Lash Associates. She has worked with clients in the aeronautics, pharmaceutical, financial management, high-tech, food service, and oil/energy industries, leading programs for employees ranging from entry level to upper management.

In addition to being a certified facilitator, Paige is a member of our Customer Service team. She is involved with fulfilling customer requests for materials and delivery services.

Lash Associates has a strong, professional team of consultants and facilitators available to serve both domestic and international organizations. Assessing and understanding the specific needs of each organization allows us to select the appropriate delivery professional to ensure success.
